This episode is the first in a mini-series focused on energy. Throughout the series, I’ll introduce resources and practices designed to support personal well-being and energy management. Effectively managing our energy directly influences how we lead.

One important aspect of personal energy is physical well-being. Feeling strong, balanced and energized in the body naturally supports greater confidence, resilience and presence.

In this episode, we explore resistance stretching, a method that works with the body’s fascia — the connective tissue surrounding muscles. Unlike traditional stretching, resistance stretching incorporates tension into the stretch. This improves mobility and support recovery in a deeper and more integrated way. This practice is valued for its regenerative and healing benefits and its ability to improve athletic performance.

In this episode, I’m speaking with Alex Nolte, an Elite Trainer with The Genius of Flexibility, a resistance stretching school with muliple studios. I met Alex when I took Level I Certification Training. He made a strong impression on me both as an effective teacher and leader. He shines brightly in this work, and to me, is born to do it. Alex inspires me. Listen to our interview to learn more about resistance flexibility and how it can heal your body and your life!
