Coaching FAQ

My Mission

How is coaching distinct from therapy?

  • Coaching sessions are not stand alone or indefinitely ongoing. Usually, I work with clients in three month phases. After which, we continue, stop or take a break depending on the needs of the client.

  • Coaching is an action oriented approach. I do not give advice, I share intuition and insight and offer suggestions.

  • Therapy is ideal for addressing trauma, childhood issues, addictions, mental health issues, etc.

  • Accountability and actionable takeaways from the session.

  • The coaching relationship is an alliance where you, as the client, are the expert on you and your inner wisdom leads and has final say.

When is a good time for a coach?

  • You don’t need to have a problem. You can simply choose to enroll in coaching to take your life to the next level.

  • Go on a journey to know yourself. Sometimes people hire me to get to know themselves better. The hire me for the sole purpose of self exploration and self discovery. Unravel truths about themselves that inform how they want to move forward in life and reveals what’s important to them.

  • To deal more effectively with everyday life, so you enjoy the ride more and sail the waves instead of sinking.

Separately, I believe energy healing is an efficient and effective way to create change. I support people with healing sessions, but these sessions are distinct from coaching. Coaching sessions are coaching sessions. I bring myself, my awareness of energy and my capacity in the depths and to facilitate change to the sessions, but there’s no new age stuff here.

I take an INSIDE OUT approach. When you change, everything around you changes.

Other benefits of coaching - strategic, content creation; but also a meditation zone because we slow down and tune into what’s present and occurring. Clients stepping out of a session have remarked that they feel: uplifted, joyful, like they just took a yoga class, went on a plant medicine ceremony. Leave the call feeling really good about yourself.
